“Great view! Great location ”

“We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! ”

“Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View”

“Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.”

“Great location—easy walk to the airport. The place was loud with revelry past midnight and no one at the front desk to move us to a quieter room. They did allow us to check in early which was nice.”

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……

“So nice being right on the beach. We didn’t mind being by the airport at all, the noise wasn’t bad and we kinda liked watching the planes. We even walked from airport to the hotel and it was a very easy walk. Third floor room was perfect to sit out and see the view. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially with getting taxis. ”

“Clean room but could use updates. Great area very walkable. Loved the restaurant Oceana ..right next door. Great water view. Close to airport so you will hear planes during the day. Fun to watch the water plane take off and land …and the cruise ships come and go. Good food close by for breakfast and lunch that you can bring back and eat on the covered porch. Their landscaping on the property was fabulous and the pool was refreshing. ”

“I am not one who is big on leaving reviews, but this place merits a review. Great, well maintained, locally owned, boutique place to stay. Is it a "5 star hotel". No. But it has all the amenities a traveler needs. The vibe is great, Chase and Lyndsey are fantastic hosts and the location is great. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house.
