"Very quiet and clean"

"Very comfortable and conveniently close to Airport. Beds were awesome. Sheets and towels were clean. Hot coffee and excellent breakfast choices. "

"It’s a 5-minute shuttle from SJC but very quiet (especially Sun, Mon, Tue per staff). I was in the lobby early for my 4:30 a.m. shuttle and the driver took me over, returning to make a second trip with another guest. My room had fridge, which was handy. The front desk person was courteous and welcoming."

"The transport was terrible, we missed our flight but were lucky enough to find a spirit airline associate to rebook our flight for free the following day. Our return flight was delayed but a good flight, then had to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle from the embassy suite hotel parking to pick us up. We were tired after a four hour delay then having to wait that long to get to our car was very disappointing to say the least. The driver blamed traffic. Traffic at 7:30-9:00pm isn’t that bad. Other hotel shuttles had come and gone. Some twice. Don’t know what the problem was but totally unacceptable. "

"Overall very good. Constructive criticism: bathroom mirror poorly lit for grooming. The overhead light is right above your head and casts a shadow to the face. Hard to put on makeup and do hair. The bedside table lamp is terrible."
