“outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. ”

Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it!
