“Very clean, quiet community setting. Pool and location were great. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again to come back!”

“Very spacious and perfect for a family”

“Beach view and access is amazing and can’t be beat. Room was clean and parking is as described. Each space is labeled with the number of the cottage you are staying in so you know which space is yours. The loft bed is really sized for a child. Don’t plan on an adult sleeping there. Host communication was great and we did not run into any problems. So thankful for the A/C unit which kept the room very comfortable for sleeping at night.”

“Seamless process, great view of the ocean, clean property. Overall great experience.”

“Such a fun experience for my family. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Because it's Maine in Sept, nights were in the high 40s, which was too cold for our infant. The staff brought us two space heaters for the night to keep us cosy. I plan to stay at another huttopia location in the future.”

“This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.”

“I was so amazed at how effectively they utilized a smallish space to seem huge. It was so well laid out and in such a great location. The check in process was super smooth and the host was so communicative. And don't get me started on the location! Walkable to downtown and the water without being right in the mox of things and too busy - the perfect balance!! I highly recommend this place.”

“Place is clean and centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc.”

“This space was impeccably clean and exactly as described. So close to everything and metered on street parking was easy with long term free parking just a short distance away(cars come and go constantly so finding a spot only took a few min each time). Darryl responded in a professional, timely manner. The listing only showed a washer as the dryer was inoperable(def my oversight). We washed clothes anyway and draped them over the deck furniture. Being on the top floor there's plenty of sunshine……

“Great condo! Parking for larger vehicle may be a problem.”

“Nice little VRBO for a quick stay. Beds were comfortable, clean uncluttered layout, close to everything.”

“We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told……
