"The Blake Hotel was VERY clean and the staff were all very kind and welcoming! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the hotel restaurant and rooftop lounge was not open on Sunday. This left us having to Doordash 2 meals. "I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building.
