“Was Put in a handicap room, when I am obviously not handicapped. Would have been fine, but you hung towels racks where you get off the toilet, so I hit my head repeatedly. Now I have a raging headache. The room is either completely fridged or hot. No in between. You say you have a shuttle, but apparently that is only when you feel like it. You say you have free happy hour in the evening from 5:30-7pm. 2 free drinks. I ask for seltzer, they dont have any. I ask for white wine, bartender……

“Shower had black mold. It still remained after cleaning. Difficulty in getting the room serviced. Breakfast items ran out of items and the milk was curdled.”

“The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the best thing about staying here were the beds. I haven't slept so good in YEARS. The mattress were top tier.”
