“Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell ”

“The treehouse cabin was adorable! It’s super cozy with a comfy bed, sheets, and duvet. Loved the open shower too. The location is very close to town, so plenty of DoorDash options, but also has a secluded feel with the view of the River. Mark and Tracy were great hosts- highly recommend! ”

“If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. Also, I had a few questions, and after only getting a couple 'automated' responses, gave up on talking yo a human. Didn't stay second night, and nicely told……

“Host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. It is a lovely home that more than met our needs. The neighbors were extremely quiet and just the normal Christmas noises in the community. The home is so close to entertainment and shopping but far enough away to feel safe and enjoy some peace and quiet.”

The space was comfortable, the kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the toys and the abundance of warm blankets during the cold weather. Communication with the hosts during our stay was also great.A few things need attention: there was long dark hair in every bed, the bathroom sink was very clogged and filled with water quickly, one of the bathroom cabinet doors had broken hinges and nearly fell off when opened, and the……

“The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed. In a quiet neighborhood, with great grocery store nearby (Apple), and easy access to special sites that we enjoyed including Butterfly Palace in Branson and the Aquarium in Springfield. The place is spotless and the host readily available and gracious. We visit nearby family, have stayed here twice and plan to return (I'd even adjust my travel dates for this VRBO.)”

“Cheryl had fast response for communication and helped with recommendations as were from out of state. But the property could use some work. I wouldn't advertise this property as a cabin as this "cabin" is on the backside of a garbage so when we arrived it was confusing. The shower had a big clog so everytime we showered it was ankle deep of water, the hot tub jets half worked and the ones that did work it was covered by the cover that had the stand installed wrong so we couldn't uncover more……
