“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The location of the hotel by the beach is good. It is however across from a water treatment plant so the smells at the front of the hotel especially at nights was terrible at times. The food is mediocre at best, but the grounds and rooms are clean and maintained well. It is a decent place to stay but lacks activities after hours and does not offer room service. The pools are small but were never overcrowded.”

“Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en el hotel no fue satisfactoria. La infraestructura es bastante antigua y hay un olor persistente a humedad en las instalaciones. Para empeorar la situación, ninguno de los dos elevadores estaba en funcionamiento durante mi estancia, lo que hizo que el acceso a la recepción fuera muy complicado. La única alternativa que ofrecían era una rampa que, aunque presente, no facilita el transporte de maletas, por lo que cargar con ellas hasta la recepción fue una tarea……

“The property is beautiful and very well maintained. My only issue is with the children who are not supervised by their parents. There was even an incident where a child almost drowned (she was under the water for 5 minutes0 and had to be revived. This was all while her family sat right there drinking. There really needs to be one designated pool where the water is no higher than 3 feet for kids. The adults only pool most of the time had kids in it as well. I was displeased with that as sometimes……
