“We love staying at the Abbey resort. I has become one of our summer traditions. However this time was a little disappointing. Our room (along with rooms in our building) lost hot water for 24hrs or so, about halfway through our 2 night stay. It was difficult to shower the kids after the pool, and we decided to make other plans during our stay to keep us out of the hotel. Upon check out we were only refunded our resort fees. We were disappointed with how it was handled, and were offered zero……

“Hot tub was Luke warm at best. Pool was ok. Pictures on the website were not of activities of the hotel we stayed at ie I assumed the hotel had a waterpark on site. My bad for not reading further. Overall was an ok place but good experience!”

“Building is new. Which is great. The rooms are quiet. Large bathroom is really nice They missed the mark by a longshot on hospitality and friendliness. The staff is really not trained well in information about the resort. Or very helpful for anything.”

“The hotel is in a perfect area so if you’re only going there to sleep it’s perfect. The reason why it is 3 stars for me was because we weren’t able to check in until 6pm because they said the rooms weren’t ready. They never called us when a room was ready so the only reason we were able to check in at 6 was because we went to ask again. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was leaking each time you flushed & the nails separating the bathroom from the main area were up so my husband hurt his foot……

“The entertainer in the Look out Lounge was terrific. Ken Kennedy. We saw him perform a few weeks ago & booked another stay here just to see him again.”

“Stayed here with my 3 kids and husband. We love how close the hotel is to Knuckle Heads and to the outlet mall. Great place, I recommend this place.”
