"bedroom design was like a cruise ship cabin but not quite as big, the bed filled the room from wall to wall and was difficult for two pensioners to maneuver around"

"Great breakfast to get the day started. Been at other Hyatts, this one is more worn out than expected. There looks to be some upgrades to the property, but need to finish the renovations. Great location near the airport for easy commutes to everything Miami and the surrounding area has to offer."

"My friend and I stayed for two nights prior to embarking on a cruise. The hotel was a very nice place to stay, easily walkable to shops and restaurants downtown. It’s a short uber ride to south beach and the cruise ports. Great restaurant on site. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful when we had questions. Would stay there again. "

"The hotel was great and the staff were lovely but they changed our room without telling us then refused to refund us for that. They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all. "We enjoyed staying here The first day we went up and used the roof terrace, pool and bar. Such an enjoyable experience, it’s so pretty Unfortunately for the rest of our stay it was closed for repairs The staff were very helpful and gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience The location is good, easy to walk around Overall a great stay"

"Room was excellent, fabulous view. Amazing gym Elevators a little slow, quite often queues waiting I’m not sure if it was the balcony floor that made our feet really dirty as even though the room floor had black marks on they wouldn’t wipe off We kept our shoes on Maintenance being done at the pool floor, meaning with couldn’t get a lounger in the sun Overall though we had a great stay and would recommend"
