This property continues to hit way above it's benchmark, at least in terms of the deal I found. Service, accommodations, amenities, food, the entire experience is superb. Out of 5 stars, though, I'd deduct 1/2 star for the unhappy increase in the club or lounge music around the property. Beautiful, amazing food and service.

My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

If I could give 20 stars I would. Everything was truly amazing. The food, drinks, and food were great! This is be my forever vacation place when I visit Tulum.

This is by far the best resort in Riviera Maya! This was our second time there and we will be back. The property is stunning. Natural mangroves run all throughout. The walking on the grounds is beautiful. You have access to all four properties no matter which one you stay at. We love Kantenah, but Colonial and White Sands are equally great. Xcaret Arte is truly a 5 star resort with high quality of service, food and facilities.

When we made the reservation, we does not know is a nudist hotel. On the hotel advertising don't said anything about it, they have to be more explicit about the hotel theme. Is a hotel 5 🌟, the attention, the food, the transportation, the views, the ammenities, the details,is excellent. Is a peacefully place, very private and full of sorprises.

Our overall experience at Muare was excellent, with minor complaints. Firstly the positives- Especially enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing music that plays in the resort all day. It’s very peaceful. We got massages done and the deep tissue massage was great. The bar drinks were fantastic. The room was lovely, and the maintenance did a great job with daily room service and cleaning. Now for the minor complaints - The roads leading up the hotel are really bad, it’s an unpacked bumpy road....

First and foremost: The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything that we were served all week was exceptional. Drinks were never watered down, food didn’t taste cheap or frozen. Make sure you take advantage of your private host. My husband and I came to Akumal Bay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come here again and plan to do so in the future. I highly recommend having a photo shoot done with their on site photographer Conrado who is amazing at what he does and I am SO GLAD we got these pictures to commemorate our special time here.

Iberostar Waves is my favorite resort on the island. I have stayed there 5 separate times. I’ve been scuba diving in Cozumel for 25 years and have stayed at many of the other resorts on island. Iberostar exceeds them all in my opinion.

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. We were at Conrad Tulum for 5 nights. The staff was amazing all across the property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Many dinner options. Well equipped gym. Several pools. An incredible time.

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

we been in barcelo caribe, property - great, food- great, service great! also we were visiting other properties, like beach and tropical.. same here but choice of food better in caribe!

This is a beautiful resort.The grounds are gorgeous and are immaculate! The wonderul sandy beach is perfect for a swim or float. You can also snorkle on site. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The staff is amazing, and goes out of their way to make sure that your every need is met. With a vast array of restaurants, food is plentiful and is very good.
