“An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!”

“This is our 3rd year going there. Because we have had such an amazing experience the previous two times we had been there. All the staff from the Bar tenders, wait staff, activity staff, the trolley drivers, and house cleaning were absolutely amazing!! The food was so delicious! The only complaint we had was trying to get smaller bills so we can tip the staff. There seemed to be a shortage on $1 bills We are already planning on going back there next year. We have highly recommended to all……

“Boutique charm with excellent management: This hotel has a wonderful boutique vibe and several standout features. The beach is beautiful, with well-maintained palapas and chaise lounges. Unfortunately, we visited during sargassum season; while the staff worked hard to clean the beach, nature ultimately won. We loved that the room had a fan (as we prefer it over AC) and a surprisingly soft, comfortable mattress—a rare find! Communication with Tony, the manager, was quick and very friendly from……
