“It was a great resort! We never left! Customer service was excellent, the food and drinks were good, the view was great and the resort was nice! My only complaint is the hour long sales pitch they gave us to try to get us to buy a vacation membership but it’s not worth lowering my rating of the resort. Still a great resort, you just have to be strong and make it through the sales pitch.”

“I stayed at Elements hotel for 4 nights and it was very good the rooms were clean and nicely decorated the staff were fantastic especially Alfonso hotel is close to shopping centre as well as the supermarket great location we stay there again”

“This is not luxury the rooms tulum was better we have family staying it here and we went to visit . There TV have apps. The room was bigger. Our jacuzzi was old and dirty . No lights around it . Our room phone didn’t work . The food was small portions compared to tulum. I would not waste spending my money here z”

“This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,……
