“Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!”

“We were highly disappointed. Although we booked through Expedia, we are long time Marriott BonVoy members & this was NOT Marriott quality at all. 1st we got the wrong room. Hours after checking in, I went to front desk & heard a man checking in, last minute with NO RESERVATION & got the room that we were suppose to have!! Really?... 2nd, The hotel had NO TV SVC. Absolutely no TV. After driving from VA, we had very specific plans on how we would end our VERY LONG DAY/NIGHT. Can we survive without……

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a……

“Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great and coffee was available 24 hours. Room was well kept and plenty of parking. Access to the airport was very good.”

“Travellers have expectations when travelling a great distance. Unfortunetly, those expectations were NOT met upon arrival. My refund was the sidewalk in a ghetto. NO POOL. NO TIKI BAR. These were chained up with a pad lock and it stayed that way the entire time. The area has 2 wretched gas stations and a bus stop. It is not near anything. There is a night club. Any services that can take your money while staying there will be operating. I stayed in my room and cried. ”

“For me, the lobby was great! But once I stepped out the elevator, the hallways felt old and worn. It was a little gloomy as well. The carpet was definitely in need of replacement. The lighting in the bathroom area and shower is not bright enough and the shower head needs replacing. Also there is nowhere to put your own soap in the shower. I’m not using those ones hanging in the shower…”

“If you stay here, you better be prepared because there was nothing in the room except an iron and ironing board - no glasses, no hair dryer, no coffee in room or anywhere on the property. We needed a cup for water and I had to get the front desk to raid the breakfast closet. Otherwise the room was quite nice and had a kitchen. But to use it, you have to bring everything. We didn't take a shower because we didn't want to walk around with wet hair. Nice room for one night.”
