“Check in was great. Our room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable, This worked out very well for exploring the area. If we are ever in this part of Maine again, we won’t hesitate to stay.”
“I chose this location because I was attending an event nearby. On check-in, I felt as if I was inconveniencing the person at the desk as she seemed to be distracted with something more important in the room behind the office. I think my reservation for a 2 bedroom "cabin" was a misnomer. It was not a cabin. I took the bunk bed room. That was it- just beds, no table to put anything. It did have a mini fridge but no microwave as stated in the promo. Our room was clean and we did not use the……
“We had a really nice stay at the Grasshopper. It's centrally located on Main street in Qgunquit, and couldn't be nicer. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the whole property. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, the all day coffee bar, and the free bottles of water in the room fridge. We loved having an assigned parking spot right next to the room included in the price (parking in Ogunquit is not easy or cheap). The Inn is close enough to walk to Main beach and all of the……
“This was serviceable for a one night stay. The girl who checked us in could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was convenient to all we wanted to see. The room a bit small but we were only there for one night.
The breakfast was surprisingly well appointed with fresh fruit & danishes.
Unfortunately the town of Kennebunkport was a mess with construction. Traffic was ridiculous, stand still traffic.
The girl at the hotel gave us a back way to into town.”
“I gave three stars because the room and bed were amazing. The rest of the property needs updating. The community bathroom was broken. All amenities were across the street at a sister hotel. If I wanted to the amenities across the street I would’ve stayed there. Who wants to walk across the street to get breakfast? The jacuzzi jets were broken and it was barely warm and the cool dip was boarded up. Breakfast was horrible. Oreo yogurt, really? Eggs were inedible.”
