“The room we stayed in was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. However, we experienced less than professional and disrespectful snarky service from Daniela at the front desk. "The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours."
