“two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,”

“Location is prefect, highly recommend. Staff service is good. The temperature of water is not hot enough. So far, I still recommend this hotel.”

“All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.”

“Very small room, no wash clothes, 1 nightstand, too few outlets, only 2 usb, loud, old, in need of repair, pictures are misleading, the rooms are so much smaller than they appear. Staff is useless, except the bellhop,”

“酒店已經每日收取設施服務費，但房間裏的燈很殘舊及損毁。健身設施器材也很殘舊及損毁，而且沒有提供任何飲水設施。已向職員反映，他們也完全沒有跟進。”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.”

“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”
