“Nice place to stay. Staff was nice and was very helpful when I had an inquiry on location of the gym in the hotel. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was clean with a chill vibe.”

“Best hotel I have lived in Phoenix”

“Good”

“Great”

“Super nice and clean very close to the airport”

“The breakfast was very good”

“This property looks amazing from outside. But getting inside, it's shocking. It's more than disappointing. The shower coexists with the toilet. So while showering the water is flowing through to the door and to the sitter, all over. It's a mess. The rooms are smelling. The tables are rusty and aged. It's a neglected facility but somehow surprisingly being run. Staff is wonderful. Kitchen smells.”

“House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages……

“The walls had red icky stains, the carpets were stained. There was mold on the ceiling, dirty ceilings, the fixtures weren’t working. There was no toilet paper or water. Most of the outlets did not work, the doors were uneven and broken. Towels and sheets were stained. The non smoke room smelled horribly like cigarettes.”

“Efficient studio. Prompt customer service by host & reservation agent when I asked about early arrival.”
