Great house, amazing staff
Stayed in Casa Sarita for a week with a group of 8 people. The house was very comfortable, the location was about 10 minutes from larger towns. We enjoyed the privacy of this location, but had no problem getting into playa del carmen or puerto morelos for food and other shopping.
What really makes this place is the staff. They were helpful, anticipated our needs, but were never in the way or conspicuous, a perfect balance. The property does not nickle and dime you for things or over charge for arranging tours. They can also arrange private tours to some popular sites, which is much better than the larger tours where you pack into a bus with 50 people and need to spend an hour each way dropping people off. So I'd recommend you use them for things like Tulum tours or finding smaller Cenote or ATV spots to enjoy.
