The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and my parents were comfortable in the bed in teh living room for the night they stayed. There are a lot of food options within 5 miles of the apartment, so finding good eats was easy. (We really liked breakfast at Green Leaf.) The apartment has air conditioning, and after a long hot day vending at the fairgrounds, I was so grateful...

"Nice weekend getaway for adult family. We hand one child under 2. Beds comfortable. Cute place just needs a little home improvement. A couple of closet doors are broken and railing for stairs. Outside needs cleaned up. Understanding for spring when it is difficult to lawn mow between rain."

"The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!"

"The owners were wonderful and always tried to make sure we stayed active by giving us tips for activities. The place was within walking distance from many restaurants on Front street near the falls. There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. "My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend"

"The space was very clean, functional, and had all of the amenities you would need. We were not placed in the space listed, though we did end up in a larger unit with a separate bedroom. Our check-in was a little confusing and communications could be slow at times throughout our stay, but we were consistently assisted by our friendly hosts. The checkin was easy and the apartment was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! The wood floors are freaky but that's to be expected in this old house. But this worked perfectly well for our stay."

"The property is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing from the wrap around porch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Not far from Berlin, Sugar Creek, Mt. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus."
