“We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. They also provided plush bathrobes to use during our stay, which was nice. We stayed in the Charlotte room. And it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was really……

“Great hotel in an excellent location. This was a spur of the moment trip so I literally booked the hotel within an hour of arrival. My booking wasn't showing up in the system yet. Instead of asking me for my confirmation number the front desk clerk condescendingly asked me if I was in the right hotel! Other than that everything was great.”
