“The service of the lady at the Check-in counter was disappointing. She gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for. As we only stay one night, we didn't request for a change of room and tolerated it.”

“Very good value of money. Bus stop in front of hotel. A few bus routes to city. This is my second visit with my family. In the future will stay in this hotel.”

“Very nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff”

“Just step away from the airport. Room is clean and the facilities are fit. Noise from plane is not at all. Room temperature is comfortable in the early winter. Great place to stay for early flight or late arrival.”

“Worst experience in UK! Elevator n key card not working, noisy room without sound proof at all! Bad housekeeping and dirty carpet! And bad reception except the checkout one!”

“The service is good.”

“Staff helpful especially Gillian, she turned on our electric bathroom radiator when I couldn’t even find the switch which is part of the chrome radiator itself by the way. ? Impossible to find and lights up with little orange lights when turning on and off. Gillian also works on reception. Peppin was helpful he checked us in. We only stayed one night in a runway facing room great view if you love planes,!? Only minor criticism was the bathroom sink was SO small not getting water on the floor……

“Shower needs cleaning”

“Good breakfast and free parking Close to city around 10 mins drive”

“All the staff provided us a very good services They are very helpful”
