“I would not recommend staying at this property. The man who checked us in, didn’t speak any English and didn’t fully explain the policy. Also the staff were not very attentive to their guest because we had to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone and nobody was hardly at the front desk, even when waited no one would appear. Also, we also had a blackout which lasted for hours and as a person who has health problems that is extremely unacceptable and when we spoke to management, they told us about 30……

“I had a wonderful stay. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean, air conditioned, the kitchen had the basic essentials with a market in walking distance and the pool was nice too. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and did a great job. Only downside is that it says there is a bar/restaurant which there is not but there are lots of delivery options. There are also no televisions in the rooms for anyone who might be looking for that. So, maybe bring games or a laptop or find local……

“Here is a fair and honest opinion from someone who has visited Tulum and La Veleta neighbourhood on multiple occassions. For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same. Upon arrival we discovered a dead bird on our balcony. It had been there for weeks, decomposing. The blinds were broken. There was no toaster, which is typically a basic kitchen item. There was an outdoor BBQ, but zero bbq……

“This was a very quiet peaceful place to stay. I enjoyed the quiet. Great restaurants within walking distance. 💕 It would be nice if there was a net above the pool as there were always too many leaves in the pool. Pool maintenance was not daily. The filter should be running while the guest is staying to keep the pool cleaner. It would be nice to have a hot plate in the suite for times when you feel like staying in. Also coffee was only provided on the first day. The mini fridge was great.……
