The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service."

"Only stayed for a quick overnight stay near DC - checked in late and left early, so I did not experience the full offer of this hotel. However, the room was as advertised, prepared and clean, and the valet service met my expectations. The location is conveniently right across the river from the National Mall, and is easy access."

"Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc). "
