“Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

“The hotel is located near many great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff were attentive and so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Rooms are small, no closet or place to hang clothes, but that was ok, given the age of the building that is to be expected. Valet parking staff at night was rude. The biggest issue for me however, was there was fraudulent activity from the hotel on my credit card. They charged over $3,500.00 to my credit card several times, after trying to deposit a different amount to my credit card. This caused me to spend hours of my vacation on the phone with my credit card company. This issue (which was……

“Staff was friendly. Restaurant was on site a the bar staff was excellent. Rooms were large but lighting was poor and the beds were not great. We would stay again based on the location to a Frenchman’s street. ”
