“The hot tub and pool overlooking the lake are spectacular”

“My only complaint was the difficulty with the TV. Very confusing. Guests that also stayed at this hotel reported having the same difficulties. Only 1 elevator was operating and it was incredibly slow.”

“Wonderful staff, allowed me to check in a hour or 2 earlier. Breakfast on the weekends is super good. AC works. The pool is small but very nice when empty. Overall really good hotel with a Roku tv in the room and I enjoyed my stay.”

“I won't stay there again. The guest elevator was not functioning, so guests had to use the service elevator. However, because access to that elevator takes you into a restricted area, each time I left the room, I had to wait for an escort. Additionally, the telephones and guest laundry were not functioning.”

“It was ok, fees shouldve been explained before I book but it was perfect for the stay my family needed”

“We arrived late Thursday to our unit on the first floor and when my wife turned on the lite, there were bugs scampering from under the desk and the window unit. Who know what might have been under the bed. That was all she had to see and refused to stay or take another room in the facility or the second floor. We had to find another place late that night and alter our stay in Marble Falls due to the lack of available accommodations for the 4th of July weekend.”

“The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky making me think it had not been mopped recently. Black mold surrounded the grout in the shower. The hallway carpets throughout were filthy. Heavy, dark dirty stains were present; worst in front of the elevator.”

“We had a King and couch sleeper. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on for the 3rd guest. Everything else was excellent.”

“Hotel floor plan is 1 floor, so you can park in front of your room. Room is clean and quiet. Staff is really helpful. Since we visited in summer and room In first floor, small insects are comes in when you open the door for sometime. And we see small roaches too, which made kids uncomfortable”
