“The resort is incredible. Its a perfect location if you want to be close to town but also would like to explore the lake. Super clean.”

“Bathroom was large for ADA accessibility but no counters for toiletries, even the sink surface was slanted and not usable to put toothbrush etc. Limited flat surfaces in room (no desk as shown in pictures). For a studio room there were no utensils, cups or plates. They could be purchased and taken with you when checking out (included fry pan and pot but there is no hot plate?). Tried to see if a card could be mailed and was told there was no certainty when mail would be picked up.”

“Amazing, quietly luxurious hotel and spa experience in upstate NY. Very attentive staff, huge spa with relaxation grotto and heated outdoor mini pool, beautiful grounds, delicious French food. Will be back year after year!”

“Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. Check in and out was easy. Continental breakfast had varied offerings and was adequate. We highly recommend for a nice change from a……

“I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel stay. Check in was a breeze. They called my room to make sure everything was good with the room and that we had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was perfect! (Yes, worth mentioning). I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.”
