“This is an old and dated motel. Nothing fancy and not ever going to be more than a 2 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Very nice bed. Plumbing worked well, with good supply of soap/shampoo/etc. And the price was great. Good place for a night if you need or want to stay in Marceline.”

“The property was clean and the staff was friendly, but the bed was terrible and the pull-out bed was terrible. The air conditioning was not great as well. It was not worth what I spent on the room.”

“The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. ”
