“Check in was good. Overall cleanliness was good. Issues, no hot water. Wasn't able to switch rooms, was told because room order thru 3rd party. Didn't realize room was for handicap. Shower had a bench that proved to be more in the way then helpful. Elevator broke making it difficult to have to climb stairs 3 floors up. ”

“The rooms are clean and spacious with interesting decor. The location is close enough to casino to be convenient, and barbecue restaurants are super close by. The only problem we had was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I have a feeling that's lingering from days gone by and hard to fix, but it was noticeable. Also, people should know that coffee maker is included, but no cream or sugar, so bring your own. AND bring your own hairdryer.”

“The clean comforter had blood stains. Little critters were coming in underneath the door. The bath tub had a crack in it. If you steppe d on it. It would open up. Ice machine wasn't working. It looked 100 years old.”

“Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. You think if they wanted my business they would have treated us better and accommodated us with me showing her the receipt of payment. I had called and talked to a man explaining about the……

“You’ll love, love, love your stay at an absolutely beautiful home, with so many amazingly decorated, cozy, & beautiful home. Huge wrap around, covered porch! Amazing kitchen for your custom dinner &/or breakfast!!! Our breakfast was sooo yummy, homemade, custom! We will be back to enjoy a dinner, also! Great communication & fabulous host’s! The best greeting, travel info, tour of the estate, including a fabulous oasis outside with a private pool & hot tub! We will always stay there when we take……

“Quiet, restful sleep. Amenities include a gas station nearby. There is a donut shop in the nearby town. Hotel is directly off the freeway--easy access.”

“I had a late check-in and I felt like the front desk girl was literally waiting for me and I was so grateful! The room was large and well appointed and sparkling clean! Breakfast was hot (or cold as needed) and it was all clean and inviting! Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!!”
