"Great beach location, easy parking, 1 mile from downtown shops & restaurants. Gorgeous beach, not crowded, can walk for miles. The room was clean & had living space with fridge/ Keurig. We had balcony with beach view. Only complaints- balcony door rattled when the a/c was running (let mgmt know), sheets/towel quality poor and thin. All about location, but for the price paid, I expected better linens. Two great beach places to eat next door. Downtown we loved España & Mezcal, highly recommend for couples."

"The room was neat and clean. The hot water was hot. The pool and pool bar were really cool. The pool bar is not really open too late. It is still a family centered place. The staff were helpful enough. I do not like that the doors close loudly. The noise is not peaceful. The elevators are not quite fast enough. The coffee is not too tasty. But I would stay again, especially if the doors can be adjusted to not slam loudly, but close completely behind you."

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort

8/10 Good
"The location and amenities of the resort were great. The pool access and proximity to the beach area were a plus. Staff and pool service was fantastic too. I would have given the heading an excellent rating except for the fact that the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a facelift. Certainly not dirty but definitely in need of an update. The resort lobby was upgraded and fit for an excellent rating, but the rooms were lacking the same upgrades as the lobby area. Saint Simmons is a wonderful destination and the resort was close to the downtown area and the resort staff were friendly and professional. We would definitely come back."
