“Furqhan was polite, friendly, and check-in was fast. No long conversations. Not overly friendly, smile was genuine, was not curt, perfect for reception area. I swear a lot of hotels do not make an effort to hire the right people sometimes and it’s a surprise when they do. This time, they did great! Hire more poeple like him! ”

"Very clean, spacious from NY’s perspective…I arrived early at 7am but the receptionist was helpful to have offered me early check-ins, which was wonderful. Just that going up to my floor doesn’t require tapping card at the lift, which is a bit insecure. Other than that, I enjoyed it a lot."
