"Not sure why the couple in front of us had issues checking in ( took almost 15 minutes), but ours was quick and effortless. Super friendly and helpful staff too. We love the downtown location, so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Quiet, clean and comfy room. We enjoyed the retro style the hotel is decorated in also."
