“Linoleum floors in our room. Red stains on the bedspread. Brown stains on the bed sheets. The room was shabby and not well cleaned”

“Very pleasant and helpful manager. Property is rather worn but looks and smells clean. Comfortable bed and good sheets. Decent breakfast. Did what we needed for an overnight stay on a road trip.”

“Th you g lady working the desk was wonderful. But the first room I was given was … the worst thing I could imagine. The door lock was busted off, the smoke detector was detached and resting on the table with wires protruding from the walls. The bed sheets were covered in various bugs and hairs. There were lines of dust imprinted on the sheets, in the pattern of the mattress topper. I went to please ask for a refund and I would just keep driving down the road. She offered me a different room,……

“We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”
