Para la experiencia All Inclusive se debe pagar adicional, y tienen diferentes paquetes, no puede ser comparado a un all inclusive de Punta Cana o Cancún. “Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! But most of off Jessica made the entire stay memorable. Thanks to her everything was an excellent experience. Anything we needed they made sure we had and then some. At night we didn’t feel unsafe at all. All the doors in the front gets locked automatically but even with that Jonathan was attentive and ensure we were……

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water! For the amount of money being spent here they can at least offer a happy hour smh. I hope that in the future they can implement a nice happy hour with better music being played! People come……
