“The staff went above and beyond. They all are true gems. Especially Jacqueline. She’s just amazing helping us with our air con, fan and getting the TV to work. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. Every morning your staff treated us with such grace and happiness. We spent time talking to ilish too who was so lovely. Our meals there were exceptional. We had two dinners there and enjoyed your bar scene! Things that can be improved: The fitted sheet does not fit the bed properly and……

“Everything was awesome at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. My only complaint was that they only had queen beds when I booked a king. However, that was attributed to booking on Expedia and we were given a room with a nice view when I mentioned it was my 35th wedding anniversary. A good compromise.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at The Loutrel. Our room was very spacious and staged with everything we might have needed including complimentary snacks and beverages and quality linens. We also appreciated the very quiet AC system that made it easy to sleep comfortably. The daily Happy Hour that offered a signature cocktail and the morning breakfast with ample food selections made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.”

“We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double queen bedroom and I was glad there were wall hooks to hang things. However, there was no microwave in the room. We were trying to make sure we actually ate our leftovers. Each time I needed to reheat something I had to go to the lobby area. If you are a guest that plans on washing your swim gear and towels during your stay, there is no guest laundry room! I confirmed this with the desk rep. Other than that the hotel is very clean, and the lobby……

“First time staying at the French Quarter. From the time we checked in given a glass of champagne at check in to the free lovely happy hour with snacks and free wine to brining free hot breakfast to your room or cookies and port at the end of the evening it was perfect! Easy location for walking to shops and restaurant's. Nice touches with local toiletries supplied. Will stay again for sure!”

“We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. Rooms 1-3 were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast can be served in the small dining area or delivered to your room. The……
