"Wonderful experience from the architecture to the service. "

"We had a lot of issues with check in/check out. The front desk seemed confused & claimed we never even submitted a card at check in for incidentals. Extra charges were applied to out bill ect. Property is nice. Coffee shop in house was great. Location was off bourbon St & The French quarter but within walking distance which we loved. Many restaurants also in walking distance & grocery nearby. Wish ice service was avaliable as well as refrigeration."

"I have loved the ACE Hotel for years. I’ve probably stayed there more than any other guest. I found out today it will no longer be the ACE. The Hyatt Group purchased the hotel. I read they would not alter the interior, just changing the name. Time will tell. I will say this.., the name Hyatt and the vibe the ACE has had over the years doesn’t mesh well with me. I’ve talked to several people and they are agree and are just as skeptical about the future of one of Nola famous places to stay. In...

"The hotel is amazing. The amenities in the rooms was perfect for what was needed. The mattress and the linens were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and communicated by text. The hotel is downtown, a few blocks from Bourbon street so expect tourist traps, gift shops, and poverty. Wasn’t bugged other than the massage parlors trying to get you to get a free massage. Mr. Ed’s is a few blocks away and they had a great roast beef po-boy. Odel and Brandon were super helpful. "
