The trailer is basically in the driveway of a larger house, with another in-law type unit, and another trailer. It all felt very cramped. And we arrived 30 min early and was told there was a $50 early check in fee which was alittle weird. We did not pay that and waited 30 min which ended up with using late to our event. It's a well stocked and very well maintained apartment. An absolutely serene common area was just across the parking lot - not far from the apartment building.
