“The towels had holes in them and the bed pillows were the size of throw pillows. Don't know how sanitary it was... The only redeeming quality was the attentive staff.”

“The room I booked was given away prior to my arrival. I was not accommodated and there was no accountability. My family was uncomfortable and I was disappointed. I will never stay here again.”

“This hotel is affordable, clean, has a very friendly staff, and breakfast is included. I called the front desk a few times and spoke with Pam. Pam was super friendly and helpful. She’s a wonderful, friendly, outgoing employee, and the hotel is lucky to have her.”

“Room was clean but the overall condition of the property is not competitive. Bathroom was small, no shelves so the towels and washcloths were located outside of the bathroom, in the room. The sink was also located in the room, not in bathroom, toilet seat seemed as though it didn’t fit the toilet, shifted each time it was used. Outside of the window was full of spider webs so the shade stayed down the entire time. The fridge was a bit larger than a dorm fridge, it was outdated, freezer was full……

“This was an older type of hotel so it was not quite up to par with some of the newer places but it was comfortable and the front desk staff were professional and helpful. They could use another luggage dolly or two. People had to wait to use one when checking out. I only saw 2 dollies to use when I was there.”
