“The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. They were polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to see if we needed room cleaning or any extra amenities, which made us feel very welcomed. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees.
