“This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.”

“This was a great location and staff friendly but I have never stayed in a VRBO property that was so tattered. Carpet had dog pee spots all over and bathrooms were from the 1970’s, avocado green and harvest gold. All cabinets had scratches and smelled like old wood. The kitchen was very nice though and beds were comfortable. I would advise to leave air freshener to cover the wet dog smell. Advise others to look closely at pictures as well. Table tops were worn and needed refinishing. ……

“VERY cute place (we had the downstairs unit). Squeaky clean. Everything labled and organized. Friendly landlord (came by to cut the grass). Quiet neighborhood. Walk to the river in one minute, to the beach in five. No view of either one. Stocked with most everything we needed. Could use a new larger frying pan. Ad said they only had sheets, so we brought sleeping bags. Didn't need them - they had lots blankets & bedspreads. Ad said fenced yard for the dog, which was a major factor in choosing……
