“The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We just wished that the room had blackout comments, but not a big deal.”

“The room was spacious, quiet and well appointed. We loved the spa tub, and watching the stars from the deck. The area is quiet and safe. Our check in was wonderful and the young man was a doll. We loved it so much we are going back on our return trip. We have stayed at several hotels in Shasta since we journey up to Washington from time to time. This was the best by far. And they were good with our puppies. This is our number one choice.”

“This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.”
