"This hotel is super clean comfortable and has a great breakfast. It is not “in” the historic district. It also charges $20 a day for parking. You can walk to the hop on hop off trolley station in about 5 minutes where they have free parking. If if wasn’t for the $20 a day parking fee I would say this place is a super bargain."

"Rooms appear to have recently been renewed, but upgrades felt consumer level like stuff you'd buy from Amazon, not professional grade. Clean and looked nice though. Front desk staff were not customer focused. Polite but less friendly than I would have hoped. Just there to do a job. Location is great. Near a Circle K and the pier (easy walk from the room), which has several park amenities."

"The front desk employee was very pleasant and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet expectations. We travel often and only leave reviews when necessary, and this is one of those times. The bathroom was unacceptable there was visible mold, and the water was clogged, making it even more unsanitary. Wearing flip-flops felt necessary (see photos for details). It is concerning that this hotel is operating under these conditions; it clearly does not meet basic sanitation standards. An inspection is warranted, and based on the current state, it would likely result in violations. We also noticed that other guests were complaining about the same issues. The bed was clean and comfortable, but that does not make up for the condition of the bathroom. We would not stay here again. The hotel needs major renovations and significantly improved cleaning, especially in the bathrooms and dust-prone areas."

"We booked 2 nights but left after the first night. The bathroom was so small you couldn't even turn around and was filthy. They painted all the rust around the shower which was all chipped away. There wasn't a coffee maker or coffee in the room and when we went to the desk she said they don't offer it in any room. My advice is don't stay here. Live and learn"

"This hotel has friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It is not a state of the art hotel. It is older but well maintained and clean. I will definitely be back. It was a great stay."

"I was given and upstairs room no bottom floors..I have health issues and wont be back..I thought it was gonna be my go to hotel..no im good."
