“I wanted, and assumed I paid for an ocean view room. Instead, our room was on the pool level and right next door to the door to the pool. I requested a different room but was told there weren't any. The room was noisie and had no privacy. We probably will not be staying there again. That room was not worth the $1,000 per night we paid for it.”

“The manager of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The property is an older property, but has been upgraded and taken care of. The room we stayed in was clean. It did, however, need some refreshing to the paint and furnishings. Unfortunately, during our stay we had loud neighbors on both sides. I spoke with the manager, and he was responsive and helpful.”
