The wrong first name was spelled on the key card envelope, and it was a rude name, to say the least. And then there was no room number? It was all so odd and uncomfortable. "Clean space, nice staff, lovely lobby. However, the standard double queen rooms have TINY bathrooms that you can barely get into and close the door… they also have very low drop ceilings, and in the room we were given the window was busted and didn’t close properly so it let in a lot of noise and heat.
