“Great affordable getaway, loved the property and the amenities”

“Dated property but very nicely maintained. A bit chilly and windy, so no fire by the lake and no outdoor pool during the length of our stay. Simple breakfast with at least muffins, yogurt, coffee, OJ and apples. Water pressure and temperature were outstanding. Bed comfortable. Room size could have been a bit larger. A room darkening shade would have been nice; room was brighter at night than wanted. Flatscreen TV was excellent. Larger refrigerator with accommodating freezer was a welcome……

“The location was great. The staff was very friendly. It was very clean. Our room was a little out dated we had the family room. But our friends next door had a nice room. But the restraunt didnt have much on the menu. We went somewhere else to eat where they accommodated food allergies and gluten free items. Because it was pet friendly we had to watch for dog droppings and was aware of a bile. It would of been terrible if one of us would of stepped in it and brought the smell into the……

“This is a great place to stay being right on the water. Staff was very friendly, place could use some updates and the beach front needs some help but overall I enjoyed my stay here and will come back in the future.”

“Not a bad place to stay in downtown La Crosse but for the money it’s not probably worth it for me to stay again. The pillows are tiny and uncomfortable and it’s one of the worst beds I’ve slept on. More like what you’d expect from a budget motel. You’re paying for location but that’s about it.”
