“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“The hotel was very nice with a beautiful view in the pool, but when we booked in Expedia, they didn’t write the parking fees and also it said that we have breakfast and we didn’t get it because the hotel said it’s not included”
