"Stay was ok. Hotel and room itself were very nice and location was close to the venue I was visiting. However, I had unauthorized charges to my room upon checkout. The front desk person said she would look into it and call me back which never happened. I contacted the property the following day and was directed to accounting to dispute the charges. Received the out of office voicemail of the person which I left a message. Never received a call back which is profoundly unprofessional and...
