“This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.”

“Kitchen was very well stocked. Very clean unit. The spiral staircase is steep and not for folks with mobility issues. The bathroom is downstairs and primary bedroom upstairs so you may need to use the stairs in the middle of the night. The Murphy bed downstairs was really nice though! Overall, really enjoyed this place and would stay there again. Definitely quiet and the stars at night are impressive!”

The bldg is supposed to lock at 7pm and on 3 occasions it was locked around 5pm. We did have a key to access back of bldg. But we did not take it with us one day as we were returning way before 7pm one night. AFTER 3 nights there we were finally told how to access the key fob that allowed us entry into the bldg.
