“This home met our family's needs in terms of space and location. However, the property feels a bit dated, and we noticed it wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Thankfully, the host was excellent—highly accommodating, easy to reach, and very quick to respond to our messages.”

“Very cozy, clean, and spacious. Great host!”

“Very comfortable and Jenny was a great host”

“This was a lovely place to stay! This site was meticulously clean, gardens and decor both zen and whimsical, trails well maintained, near a grocery and other shopping. I will stay again!”

“Nice and very clean. Host communicated fast and helpful.”

“Hi,Jenny was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating. The property was great! It was everything we needed at that time. Thank you Jenny!Best,ML”

“Expedia described this as a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment. Had I known it was basically a boarding house/hostel, I wouldn’t have booked. Also 1 dingy towel offered for showering. No utensils, no hair dryer (even though it was listed) so what good is a stovetop and pans with zero utensils, including no forks/spoons, spatulas etc.”

“The house was fine overall. There were just a few things that stood out - only 3 towels but we were 4, no baking sheet for the oven, lighting in the kitchen wasn’t great, couldn’t find the house or unit number and the lock box was hard to find. The main bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not.”

“We did not receive information on how to enter the property until we arrived and called the owner. There was a lot of poison ivy growing in our parking area.”

“Very nice stay. Plenty of space for the 7 of us that stayed, could have easily had 4 more. Recently refinished, so I think Jenny is still getting it all well stocked with kitchen wares. Only down side was window unit AC, which was a bit noisy when trying to watch TV (or for delicate sleepers)”

“Rented the property to attend a series of events at Clark University. Literally walking distance to the school so it was quite convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Being able to park three cars in the driveway was a huge plus as street parking near the apartment was extremely challenging. Being a Clark alum, was quite familiar with the neighborhood so I knew what to expect. Felt completely safe in the apartment as every door to the hallways had sufficient locks. We did blow a……

“First day the rooms that we stayed in was so clean, nothing was wrong. Appliance's were easy to use and we had much fun though the locks and punching the pin numbers were a little difficult we still managed to get in with the hosts help.”

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”

“Offers good value with cozy accommodations.”

“I had a great stay at this home! My bridesmaids and I stayed for a few nights leading up to my wedding day and we got ready there as well. It was a beautiful space and fit us all comfortably. The bathrooms were amazing and the parking was great as well!”

“There was a lot of noise from kids running around upstairs for hours at a time.”
