"We were in the area for a tournament in Newberry and this house could not have been more perfect. Firstly, fantastic location. Minutes from the stadium and close to the Oaks Mall and every amenity in between. The home was very clean and updated with plenty of space for my family of four to operate. The hosts were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We will absolutely be staying here again for future tournaments and recommend this home to anyone looking for a place close to the campus or for tournaments in the Newberry area. "In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here. "

"Not often do the pictures match the property but this one did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. House was very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). The game room was an added bonus! Made our stay in Gainesville memorable!"

"Perfect space to accommodate our weekend stay for the Gatornationals. We were located about 10 miles from the track, which was super convenient. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The home is well put together, updated, and comfortable. We were able to utilize the kitchen and enjoy the backyard space. The host was also very responsive with us. Highly recommend. "

"Did not send check in info. Did not respond to NUMEROUS text or voice messages day of check in. Canceled it after I requested refund from VRBO. Had to find hotel after 4 pm on an event weekend in Gainesville Stressful. RUN! "
"We briefly stayed for a Florida football game and everything was great. The owner worked with us on getting in the house a little early so we could get ready and even helped mail something for us that we forgot. We would definitely stay again, the location was great for attending events at the university. "
