“The room was luxurious and had all the amenities and tea and coffee we could desire! Check-in and check-out were easy and they let us store our luggage for free while we wait to check in to our next hotel. Would love to stay here again!”

“It was very easy to book this place and checking in was also very easy. I’ve never booked a hotel in my life nor have I been to a hotel and never traveled and was unfamiliar with the process but it was very easy. The staff were very helpful. The guy with green eyes and curly hair was always around and tried helping me find a laundromat since the power had gone out and couldn’t do my laundry at the facility. The room I booked was comfy and small which I liked since I am a solo traveler. I liked……

“Super cute. Rooms are small but don’t feel like it. The staff is awesome!!! They had great suggestions for places to eat. Very very clean hotel. I would stay there again for sure! ”

“It was serene and peaceful. With the windows closed you could not hear the ocean sounds. The 1919 restaurant was classic fine dining, the couple massage was wonderful. The rainforest rinse during the massage was memorable. Casual meals with tropical views were everywhere. ”

“The stay was exactly what we wanted in Old San Juan. Walking distance to everything, staff was very helpful and the Balcony Room was perfect.”

“Only stayed one night but very clean, nice spot. Close to many restaurants and a walgreens walking distance. Fairly quiet compared to other areas and I’m a light sleeper. The bathroom was very small and the curtain could use an upgrade but would def book again! ”
